Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. In&out will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that late check-in carries the following charges: For arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 20 For arrivals between 22:00 and 24:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 30 For arrivals after 24:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 40 When guests checking out, leave the keys inside the apartment and close the door. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours.
