Gaudi residence are a set of four apartments in the center of Barcelona a few meters from the Casa Batllo and La Pedrera two of the most representative works of Antoni Gaudí. The apartments are located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
These apartments like the works of Gaudí is full of color and light. It is located on the fourth floor of a building (with elevator) in the area known as the Golden Square where the old bourgeoisie of Barcelona lived in luxury buildings designed by architects such as the aforementioned Gaudí Puig and Cadafalch and Domenech i Montaner . They have around the shopping and finest restoration of Barcelona and within walking distance you will find the metro from Paseo de Gracia Plaza Catalunya and Universitat.|From the apartment has the Ramblas and 15 minutes walk and the port to 30 minutes.

A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Obligatory cleaning fee: EUR 35.00.
